Hood Canal Brewery first opened it's doors in September

of 1996 with the mission of making great ales and lagers, no gimmicks.

Don Wyatt, owner and brew-master, started with a 800 square foot building in his home. Don had been perfecting his passion of craft brewing for many years while working at Thomas Kemper Brewery.

Once they closed for good, Don decided to make the move and pursue

the lifelong dream of opening his own brewery, the first micro brewery

in Kitsap County. Don's dream soon became a thriving reality. Hood Canal Brewery boasts a spacious tap room which opened it's doors in 2003.

The fully functional brewery provides self distributed product to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores throughout the Puget Sound Area.
